Moissanite tends to display a strong “rainbow sparkle,” which can look overly reflective under certain lighting. Over time, it may also lose clarity or show surface wear. To keep your Humphrey Jewellery looking its best, avoid harsh chemicals, lotions, and essential oils. Clean your pieces gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. We recommend a professional check-up every 6–12 months. For white gold rings, re-rhodium plating can restore their bright finish when needed.

Yes. All diamonds come with a GIA or IGI certificate, verifying authenticity and quality (cut, color, clarity, and carat). Gemstone can come with IGI certificates.

Smaller accent stones are inspected for consistency and brilliance.

Since each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to repair, replace, or issue a store credit.

You’ll need:

• A thin strip of paper or string

• A ruler

• A pen

1. Wrap the paper or string snugly around the base of your finger.

2. Mark where it overlaps.

3. Measure the length (in millimetres).

Visit any jewellery store and ask to have your finger measured — it’s free and takes 30 seconds. Humphrey Jewellery also recommends doing this if you’re ordering a custom or engagement ring, since half-sizes can make a big difference in comfort.

3. Helpful Tips

• Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.

• Don’t measure when your hands are cold (fingers shrink slightly).

• Rings should slide on easily and fit snugly at the base — not too tight, not too loose.

• If you’re between two sizes, go for the larger one (especially for wider bands).
